From the get-go, we want you to feel more confident about your financial position and business. It’s why we give you as much information as we can at every step. (Even before we’ve started working together!)
After our first call, and before we send you our proposal, we’ll engage in a two-step discovery process to establish what you need. You’ll walk away with a traffic light review of your financial position and a proposal of our recommended services.
Here’s what happens after you fill out the form.

You’ll get an email from Curtis
01In it we lay out who we work with, our working style and our expectations. There’s a link in there to book a free 15 minute call with our founder Curtis.

We’ll have a video call (15 min.)
02We’ll talk about what you want, what you need and the type of proposal you can expect. We’ll also explain our discovery engagement process.

We’ll engage in our two-step discovery and proposal process
03We’ll look at the last 3 years of your financial records to determine precisely what you need from us going forward. This valuable assessment is part of a paid discovery call, offering potential clients a detailed report as a deliverable to help them understand and improve their financial health.
We’ll have a meeting to discuss your proposal ( 1 hour)
04We’ll explain what we’ve learned in the discovery and our observations. We’ll also discuss your goals and your “story”. We’ll then present a clear timeline with a roadmap for any specific projects and start dates for any recurring work.

05This is a document including all of your small, mid and long-term goals. It’s the one that ensures we’re all on the same page, and it’s the one we’ll come back to when you’ve hit a target!

Project “Blank Slate”
06We’ll “tidy up”, fix anything that needs fixed and establish a solid financial foundation. We’ll also get you set up with some financial software.

It’s go time!
07Once we’ve got the nitty gritty squared away, we’ll show you everything we can do for you and your business.
